Merging Skills & Acquiring Praise

Mr. Moen is a man driven to succeed…for each of his clients, each and every day. Kyle primarily works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation and governance, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation.  Kyle thrives on a love of the law and serving his clients.  When Kyle is not doggedly pursuing the interests of his clients, he is happily being dad to his young son, checking out local sporting events, and acquiring praise for his culinary skills.

On those rare occasions when he’s not in the office or in court, you will probably find Kyle at a local sporting event, trying one of the Twin Cities culinary treasures, or just spending time with friends and family.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Political Science and JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
